Our Step-by-Step Process:
Step 1: Choose Your Plan & Sign Up
Select the content package that best fits your needs and complete the sign-up process.
Step 2: Complete Your Onboarding Questionnaire
Once you sign up, you'll receive a brief onboarding questionnaire to help us understand your brand, voice, and goals.
Step 3: Schedule Your Onboarding Call
After submitting your questionnaire, you can schedule a one-on-one call with your project manager to discuss your content strategy and expectations.
Step 4: Approve Your Blog Topics
We will research and create a list of blog topics based on your industry, SEO strategy, and business goals. These will be sent to you for approval before we begin content creation.
Step 5: Content Creation & Review
Once your topics are approved, we will create all of your content for the month (including blog and social media posts). This process typically takes 7 days (or 7-10 days for larger plans). Once completed, we will send the content to you for review.
Step 6: Content Scheduling & Posting
After receiving your feedback and any necessary revisions, we will schedule all of your posts for the month on your selected platforms. For the first month, we may adjust the posting schedule if needed, but rest assured, you will still receive all of the content promised for that month.
No problem! We understand that not every business is active on all platforms. However, our pricing remains the same, as the strategy and effort put into creating and optimizing your content remain consistent. You’re always welcome to use any additional content later if you decide to expand to more platforms. If you do want to add them, we do provide this service for an extra charge.

The pricing includes full-service content creation, which includes writing , formatting and posting . Some clients do prefer to post themselves, which is an option. We can schedule and post the content on your behalf or receive all the posts in an easy-to-use format so you can post them at your convenience.

Unfortunately, we do not edit the content once it is posted as we do not log in directly into your account to post. We have our clients approve their blog post titles ahead of time, which are based on what people are looking for. Blog posts are written a month ahead for that month, so any changes or requests need to be for the next month. We require a 30 day window for any content requests.
Yes. If you prefer to view the content before it is posted, that can be arranged, but we do ask that you approve it in a timely manner of 2 days, or it will be automatically posted to keep on schedule. Our Terms of service states this deadline. We allow 1 edit per blog post.
Unfortunately, we do not engage with your audience, clients or prospects. We only create content and post. It is up to the clients to engage with their audience.
We do not guarantee that you will get traffic from our posts but it is very likely you will since you will be in 5 places at once. You never know where your next client will be! Keep in mind that content is evergreen, meaning, once you post it, it will be online forever!

Yes, of course. If you choose to post to your own accounts, feel free to do so on your own. Your audience is still your audience, so a personal touch is always welcoming. (We do not allow you to p post from our software)

We offer one round of revisions per blog post before content is finalized. (IF you choose this option) During onboarding, we work hard to capture your brand voice and preferences to avoid this issue. The more detailed feedback you give us early on, the more tailored your content will be. Keep in mind we are writing content with SEO in mind.
📲 Can I request different posting times for each platform?
Yes, you can request general time preferences during onboarding (e.g., “mornings are best for Instagram”), and we’ll do our best to accommodate that. However, exact timing may vary slightly depending on the platform and scheduling tools.
📈 Can you help with growing my social media followers?
Our focus is on organic content creation and brand visibility. While our content helps increase engagement and brand awareness, we do not provide follower growth strategies like influencer outreach, paid ads, or follow/unfollow techniques.

Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan with at least 14 days notice before your next billing cycle. We’re flexible and happy to adjust as your content needs grow or shift.

We avoid creating content that involves highly technical writing (e.g., scientific journals, legal opinions, or whitepapers), adult content, or topics that violate platform policies. If we feel your request falls outside our scope, we’ll let you know upfront. We do not create any content that involves research.
